We had been with Pure Talk for almost 2 years. they are scam artists.i had been a customer for over 7 yrs and this is how I get treated.good bye. rip off.bought another phone from somewhere else and it worked right off.

and then 2-3 months later decide to sent me back the defective phone out of the blue.well, to show the attorney general that they returned the broken phone to me.they insinuate I broke phone when they know full well, i didn't and lied and charged me for the replacemnt that was also defective in some way as it would not accept the new sim card they sent me. They have charged me for 2 phones.(sent the 2nd one back and they say they never got it,when the attorney general of my state contacted them (2-3 months after they failed to return or answer my calls) then they told me the 1st phone was damaged and I wouldn't be getting a refund!!! so they charged me for 2 phones that they send to me that were defective. stay away.expect 2-3 hours each time you have some kind of problem just to talk to someone.
This company lies, lies, gives you the run around and rips your money off. I was told by agent on phone that I would NOT be charged for the replacement phone when the 1st one was damaged, but she charged my card at the very minute she said she wasn't. I ordered a 2nd nokia as a replacement in June and that one wouldn't work either after hours of trying to activate again. Now 3-4 months later they send the phone back in mail and won't return my money. Piece of plastic missing and tab that held sim card was broken. Spent over 2 hours trying to get phone to activate with tech and finally he said this phone is damaged. Bought nokia 6300 phone in June and it was damaged and was charged for it.
